Heartland not using South Mutual Aid

Today at work during our shift meeting the Capt. on our shift mentioned something about Heartland not utilizing SMA starting I believe next month. Does anyone know about this? I'll see if I can come up with any other info.

That's weird if it's not just true for medics.

Makes NO sense at all. Only CV & Heatland are IN the South Zone, and Heartland needs the extra commands to carry their load.

I'm going to try to get more info tomorrow. That's if our engine is at the station tomorrow.
