I keep hearing these talkgroups and im not sure who it is anyone know

I heard 45616 with radio techs testing today..
Maybe the new Harbor Port District switchover groups?

After listening to these groups for the past few days, this is what I have:
45568 - Harbor PD Dispatch
45584 - Harbor PD Inquiry
45600 - Harbor PD Tac

Good call W6pix...
Confirmed at midnight 45584 on RCS southzone is related to San Diego Airport. A officer was running a plate from a skywest vehicle with dispatch.
and 45584 was in 'patch' mode at the same time.
Pretty cool listening to SD Harbor PD all way from Escondido
It will come in handy doing the hoilday travel season

As of yesterday they were..
