Hung Transmitter on RCS South

As of Friday afternoon, the transmitter on 867.3875 mhz is constantly transmitting a carrier even without voice traffic. I sent a Trouble Report on the rcs800mhz.org site so hopefully they will have this fixed Monday...
This doesn't affect most new scanners, but if your using a program like TrunkPCR or Trunker, then you will have noticed this problem...
Regards,
Jay

Listening now...
Data bursts (APCO-25 probably, since I don't have a digital scanner), just heard a Heartland dispatcher, and open carrier.
And just after I posted, Batt. 1 said he was getting carrier only.
I sent one in too

I sent one in too but I used a direct e-mail to the techs and it was doing that for close to two weeks.

A lot of systems similar in infrastructure to the RCS are having issues like hung carriers such as described. A majority of the time it doesn't hamper the subscribers but can play havoc with scanners.
