Hello All, First thanks for allowing me to join.

I'm looking for the Zone 8 pager freq and CAP codes.

If anyone has them please let me know. There is a lot of information that is passed via the paging system. I think it is on the 154 or 159 Mhz. Anyone can download POCSAG software and use a scanner to receive the pages. You don't need the CAP codes to listen. This could be a good way to listen without listening. You can log the pages.

I can see Hall Ambulance sending out dispatch pages. Also Contra Costa Fire pages.

Whats the best free program to use with a scanner ?

I'm using a PRO-2051 speaker out jack to the MIC in on my Computer.
Note:
You will have to play with the mic and volume on both the Computer and Radio.

Just remember to play with volumes.
