Heard this designator on Eastern from Northeast Division. Anyone know who it is?

Doug was it just a northeastern talk group like 230s or 240s because
Eastern and northeastern are both dispatched on TG 1456 Eastern D1

I believe that Unit 1 is the Chief of Police, and Unit 2 is an Assistant Chief.
