ADSB Archive: Your Historical Flight Data Repository
Explore detailed historical flight data and track airplane and helicopter movements over time with ADSB Archive.
Your ultimate repository for historical flight information for aircraft, helicopters, and any vehicle with an ADS-B transponder.
About ADSB-Archive.com
At ADSB-Archive.com, our mission is to make freely broadcasted air traffic data accessible to humanity. ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) technology allows aircraft to continuously transmit information such as their location, altitude, and speed. This data is collected by thousands of volunteers worldwide, covering regions all across the globe. Thanks to this global effort, the data remains free and open to anyone interested.
We are proud to be part of this global community, similar to the participants of ADSBHub.org. Our role is to gather, archive, and make these valuable datasets available for future use. Data collection began in December 2023, and we aim to ensure it is a lasting resource for aviation enthusiasts, researchers, and educators alike.
Currently, we process approximately 65 million ADS-B messages per day, with a monthly data volume exceeding 200GB (compressed). This extensive data collection supports our goal of providing comprehensive and up-to-date air traffic information.
How We Use and Share Data:
• Data is archived for research, analysis, and public use
• Open for educational projects, aviation analytics, and other purposes
• Collected from all regions of the planet
• Always free and accessible to everyone
Future Plans:
• Easy download of data from any region of interest
• Enhanced statistics for deeper insights
• Filters for aircraft type, altitude, speed, and more
• Real-time data visualization on an interactive map
• And much more!
