Fire related changes

Over the next 6 months there will be some changes in who dispatches who. CDF will take over dispatching San Diego Rural and De Luz VFD. Rancho Fire will take over dispatching North County Fire. These changes should both occur on or around July 1st. And National City Fire will be on the RCS sometime soon. They will use standard Heartland talkgroups, so no new talkgroups to search for (except maybe an admint channel).

Just the San Diego Rural departments (what CDF was dispatching for awhile there a few years back) or all of what used to be dispatched by Heartland on the Inland talkgroups (pretty most of the rural FD agencies in the county)?
