i need some help with scanning i am new to this, but anyway my question is how do you follow a conversation on the scanner? for example if you here a call on the scanner and want to listen to the whole call how do you follow the freq?
i have a radio shack pro-96 digital.

You need to make sure you are tracking the RCS or San Diego City system in "Trunked" mode with all the trunked system freqs programed.
Then it will follow the talkgroups ID's each time the user keys up the radio.

The best way to program it. Is using the Win96 software.
