According to Monica Zech, PIO City of El Cajon
El Cajon Police Chief Pat Sprecco will hold a special “thank you” ceremony for members of the Barona Band of Mission Indians and the Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Nation in recognition of their support of public safety through a generous grant toward the purchase of an Automatic License Plate Recognition System and a Gang Street Team Vehicle. Both will be on display just outside the City Council Chambers.
