Telecourse Police POST video class on TimeWarner Cable 92.4

There is a nice pursuit training video on TimeWarner Cable 92.4 digital channel.
You need a tv with a digital tuner and go to channel 92.4
(Note: Couldn't find the channel on the cable box.)

It was on at 11:pm and now(Sunday 12:01am)
Update: Found the same video online (But it showed the longer video)
