Hmm. Must not be a coastal city. Population density is too high, I think.

Yeah I think it mentioned a department called APD im not sure who it is there are alot of APDS around.

I am fairly sure this department is in San Mateo County. I believe I read some postings on another site about a department leaving the county system and returning to their conventional frequencies.

On further investigation, I believe it was Redwood City.

Yeah redwood city was the one I read somewhere they said they had it with the trunked system or something along those lines I think.

That shows what happens when the tech people don't listen to the end user about what they really need and want from a radio system. It can have a trillion channels and all sorts of fancy stuff, but if it cuts off part of my transmission or keeps giving me a busy signal when I need to get info out...may as well be a brick.
