The 785 isn't going to trunk when the rebanding phase rolls through and everyone is forced down the spectrum.

I wouldn't buy a 785 at this stage if you're planning on using it as a trunking scanner. Uniden does NOT plan on supporting this radio after rebanding. How they can get away with that since relatively speaking this is a recent model scanner, is beyond me. :roll:
