Do the next best thing: I take down as much info from the vehicle as possible, like numbers other than the license plate, and then call the company or CHP if they are doing it on the highway. If they have a "safe driving" sticker (1800 Drive Safe) then I call that number also. I have done this numerous times with company vehicles. You will never know whether anything is done, but if the person worked for me and they had several complaints, they would be unemployed
