New Listings for SDSD

Even though the SDSD is included within the RCS section, I have began developing a SDSD specific page. It can be found within the Listings Section.

Hey Sean, just to let you know, I think most people call the sheriff's office SDSO, as opposed to SDSD. SDSD may be confusing to some people. That's what I have always heard. Just FYI...

Ya, I know what you mean. Several people pointed this out. However, the official name of the Department is San Diego Sheriff's Department (http://www.sdsheriff.net/home/). All official documents I've viewed list it as SDSD. I know most people refer to it as SDSO or "the SO", I decided to keep it "official" for the sake of accuracy.

I had to choose one way or the other
