im hearing this frequency it sounds like mall radio traffic and the dispatcher sounds like the Chula Vista Mall security dispatcher I am wondering maybe they got a new frequency for security I think that if it is them that the frequency is much more clearer than the old one.Does anyone know about this frequency or who uses it

I would go with Coors Amphitheatre & Chula Vista Center shopping mall ... you are hearing
