Stopped hearing Escondido Police, Fire is fine, anyone know if they maybe went encrypted or anything?

Looking at the Pro96com log from 7:35pm to 9:58pm.
Escondido Dispatch talkgroup was 99% encrypted. one radio ID was in the clear.
Escondido Inquiry talkgroup was 100% encrypted.
