need help programming a Baofeng scanner

I recently purchased a Baofeng scanner, and I would like some assistance in programming to receive police and fire in Coastal North County. I've watched several YouTube videos, and I just don't get it. I am willing to pay someone to spend 30 minutes with me and just input whatever frequencies I need. Nothing fancy - just some local police and fire. We could meet at some public place like a library or hotel lobby somewhere near Carlsbad. Anyone interested? Thank you. [email protected]

What model do you have? I wasn't aware Baofeng made a P25 Phase 2 scanner.
