Senator Becker re-introduces Law Enforcement Radio Encryption SENATE BILL (SB 719) - Latest Updates
Re: Senator Becker re-introduces Law Enforcement Radio Encryption SENATE BILL (SB 719) - Latest Updates
That bill is garbage and only benefits the press and organizations not the people of this state who want to monitor police dispatch, there needs to be a new bill introduced that benefits the people and they turn off encryption on dispatch channels also abolish those politicians that put in that CLETS bill which pushed encryption it should be repealed and revoked.
CLETS hasn't been a problem until recently all those years back we had transparency now nothing CLETS bill has to be repealed and those corrupt officials who put it in removed.

We the people want public safety transparency restored we do not approve of encryption on dispatch channels those departments work for us.

Since they refuse to provide us transparency we all should stand up and protect ourselves , families and communities with Castle Doctrine act and stand your ground if they chase criminals with helicopters onto our properties and if the criminal is dealt with in the officers presence and they have a problem then turn off the encryption on dispatch we all want transparency you work for all of us the people that is how it is gonna be if the encryption keeps up deal with it if we use castile doctrine and stand your ground and we all should encrypt our communications and keep them out of ours as well as veil technology for license plates so they can't scan us with their technology put them back to the 1980's where they can only see the plates with the naked eye to protect our 4th Amendment against unlawful search and seizure.

We all need to flood these council meetings as a community and demand transparency they work for us and we want police dispatch back in the clear how it was and that transparency restored they can use inquiry channels for sensitive info and their computers as they were both intended anyways.
contact your elected officials and make your opinion known they all work for us the people including law enforcement.
