La Mesa PD Encrypted?

Heard La Mesa PD Dispatch last month on my SDS100 and SDS200 scanners, Radio Reference indicates LMPD non-encrypted, but I can't pick them up anymore, along with El Cajon PD, and San County Sheriff Dispatch Talkgroups. Can anyone confirm and/or update the status of La Mesa PD Encryption? I know that SD Tribune published LMPD's intent to go encrypted, but that was a few years ago.

La Mesa Police radios were reprogrammed by RCS doing July 18th week to use Encryption and went encrypted that week.
