Escondido PD

I seemed to have lost Escondido PD. Its been about a week. All other agencies are fine. I noticed that the online scanner cant get it either. Any Ideas?

Most radios on the Escondido Dispatch talkgroup is 99% encrypted now. Looks like the dispatch console is in the clear. Few other radios might be found in the clear.

Thanks Brian. I have a new bcd-325p2. I guess there nothing I can do about encryption.

It will have to go to congress about dispatch encryption it also allows them to hide from accountability and is bad interoperability which is why they wanted the new RCS system in the first place.

Man it sucks, I was bummed to fire up op25 and see Esco as encrypted. Just another talkgroup to add to the blacklist :(
