Bonita

I've read that the Sheriff's dispatch bonita units on Imperial Beach's channel. Can someone confirm this? I live in Bonita and have noticed incidents going on but haven't been able to hear any traffic. Nor do I ever hear any references to bonita on that channel.

Bonita has always been on the same channel as IB. They are the 70-Paul designators.

You also have to monitor Lemon Grove Disp as well as IB due to them being patched. One day they will be on Lemon Grove and the next they will be on Imperial Beach dispatch.

Yes they have always been dispatched on IB or Lemon Grove, they are stationed at the IB station and any traffic accidents in unincorporated parts of the county are handled by CHP.
