Quick Programming Question for BCD396T

While the unit is scanning the frequencies, I have noticed that there are some that almost always have activity. Is there quick way to press a button and save just the ones I want to hear so I can just scan those frequencies?
In other words, would like to save those frequencies in there own special
area and be able to scan through just those.
Hope this makes sense.
