RCS Blue One equivalent on TRS

I am familiar with countywide announcements made on RCS Blue One. I have not heard these type of announcements on the City TRS. Is there a TGID that broadcasts these announcements on the TRS?

No. The DESK at SDPD monitors BLUE1 and then sends a message to each dispatch station, who in turn, airs it. You'll often hear something on BLUE 1 and then over the next 10 minutes or so, each division dispatcher will air it. However, SDPD is a bit more selective on what they put out. The seem to ignore "minor" stuff.

It did seem to be something like that from what I hear every night, but I wasn't sure.
