Listen to Heartland Dispatch 1 (7344), and if you're interested in east county Heartland Dispatch 2 (8688). Most of the time, the medical calls will be on command 1. Accidents and Fires on the rest. If you care about the trauma calls, you should put Mercy, UCSD and Sharp Memorial ALS in as well.

Listening to fire dispatch for action is hit and miss. Sometimes a lot of activity and other times its just quiet...

If you're interested to hear the brush fire traffic, put in the South Mutual Aid Command and TACS (SMA) into a bank. Any multi-agency brush fires will he held there.
