I had my scanner in search mode, so I don't know for certain which Sites these frqs. belong to and I was having trouble with adjusting the P25 level while in TRS mode.

For Site 501 here are the only frqs. I see active now:

385.0125
386.2750
386.4250
386.5750
388.7250
386.9375
388.2375
388.3875
388.5375

Not logged are 385.2125, 385.8875, 386.6125 which are listed at RR:

DOD 380 MhZ System

Have had a few hits on TG's since Wed 7/11:

31101 Unk ID

31102 Advised "November copies"

31103 Talk about gates - possibly MP's

31201 Unk ID

Freq 386.1 seems to be a popular one

My 396 isn't working like it should so I'm not always getting a good copy.

Getting pops and crackles (seems like its mainly on RCS and the DOD 380 System), cuts in and out during transmissions and it doesn't recognize any power source other than batteries. Guess I've got to send it to Uniden!

I've been seeing a lot of traffic on TG 31101 also, on Site 501 and Site 508.

My BCD396T can't seem to hear it well, it just won't tune the P25 well enough.

For Site 508 where the CC is 386.375, I see TG 31101 roll to 386.525.

Listening separately while searching 385-390 MHz I can hear activity on 386.85 and 388.025 but I don't know which Site they belong too. My monitoring is from Orange County.

It appears that TG's from Site 501 are being simulcast on 386.85 and 388.025 alternately. I don't know which Site these two freqs. are for.

TG 31101 is dispatch for the MP's at Camp Pendleton, TG 31102 is their Tac 2.

A real good TG is 31117, sounds like NCIS Investigators. They had a wild surveillance in Long Beach a couple of nights ago.

I heard Pendleton Fire tell some units earlier to switch from the "Venture" system? to the "EMLS" ? system. Now I hear no traffic on the 400mhz system from fire anymore. I could be wrong about the names they used to describe the systems, but overall it seemed they were changing to the 380mhz system.

Additonally, can I monitor the 380 mhz system on a Pro-96 or BC796?

I've logged Pendleton Fire on TG 31201. A few other new TG's are showing up also.

Pendleton fire is also on site 507... don't know if its just affiliated or perminent. Only time will tell

Other talkgroups with voice... everything in the clear except occasional ENC on the MP channel

31941 - 10-4
31931 - radio check with lots of echo-ing in background
31301 - post 2 radio check
31317 - do you copy?
31304 - count down 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 .... 5 minute warning
31338 - roger 30 seconds, also counted down from 10 similar to 31304

Running Pro96Com now so it should collect some TG's the next few days
