Request the RCS Board approve new RCS Customer Agreement for U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Police for up to 60 radios.
Staff background/ recommendation: The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Police covers 18 VA facilities in San Diego and Imperial Counties. They have been an RCS Mutual Aid agency with 4 radios. In evaluating their internal communications requirements, they found it would be more cost effective to move their operations in the area onto the RCS. They initially plan to start with 48 radios. Staff recommends approval.
10.2 Request the RCS Board approve new RCS

Would Fort Rosecrans be on them? To add i'm surprised they are not using the 380 Mhz trunked system.
