Any particular agency? There's a ton of conventional stuff still out there from CHP to CDF to the Trolley :D

If you by chance mean the 800 conventional, none of it gets much use, if any. The best I've heard on 800 conventional was a chase by OCSO that came down into Oceanside then Carlsbad a few weeks ago. They were on CLEMARS 800. It was a shocker to hear anything hit on my 800 conventional scanlist!

Yeah I heard that pursuit too - was shocking to hear traffic on CLEMARS 800.

Yes. We have maintained the VHF channels for paging, fire coordination,
communications shop operations (what does the shop staff talk on when
your trunked network is off the air?), emergency management, and (GASP!)
interoperability with the Fed agencies. UHF is used inside various
'campus' institutions, and by the Sheriff's SAR team.
