Not when I was with them. That was 3 years ago, but I don't believe anyone but the owner has ever handled dogs. They had dogs when they were operating under the name USK9, but that was 8-10 years ago. Strictly standard security stuff now.

Not off hand. Educated guess would be Metro, but I haven't listened to them in quite some time. I'll do a bit of checking and see what I can find.

One of National Public Safety's units made 5 non-emergency lane changes without signaling, before pulling into the Tierrasanta Blvd. shopping center today.
