Hi there...

Your manual will explain how to program the freq's and the talkgroups, I have put the links to listings you asked for on here as well as the main listing page.

http://www.scandiego.com/ucsd.html

http://www.scandiego.com/citySD/sdfd.html

http://www.scandiego.com/citySD/CitySDMain.htm

Again, your manual will give specific information on how to program all these...good luck!

The best thing you can do is to get fhe software from Starsoft. It will help you learn the radio faster and use exsiting files to get started, then taylor file to your needs. You will need the proper programming cable also.

Talkgroups

You can't enter the talkgrups until you program the 800 magahertz frequencies for the various systems in different banks. Like South RCS, San Diego City, North RCS Zone.
