Station H is I think San diego harbor police also but im not sure.Also I think the other channel STATION S might be chula vista animal control and I hear on the STATION M talkgroup 13936 a unit says HENRY anyone know who that is?

yeah I monitor the RCS digital system alot and notice the RCS digital warbles out alot and sometimes it sounds like it is a pain.
