Im hearing what sounds like encryption on this talkgroup and I was wondering if anyone knows who is using it any help would be greatly appreciated

if you want to monitor law enforcement here you will need a radioshack pro-96 or I heard the bearcat 250d works good although you have to pay extra for a digital chip for the radio.

this problem just happened recently all the other times I monitored sdfd the signal came in fine maybe its a repeater signal malfunction or interference of some sort anyway I heard a while back that the city of san diego is going to get a new radio system to replace the old one although I think some...

I hear sdfd dispatch and during transmissions it will cut out sometime.
