I verified 28304 as San Diego County Coroner "Channel-2". At least that is what they called it.

21040 - 21232 are the old Coronado FD analog talkgroups. They discontinued using them when they contracted with Heartland. I know that they still had them programmed in the radios, and have occasionally heard FD units calling PD on the dispatch channel.

No. I meant Zone-4 talkgroups. Heartland has different talkgroups for Fire Zone-4 and Zones 7 and 8. Commands 1-5 and Tacs 1-10 are Zone-4, Commands 7-9 and Tacs 11-16 are Zones 7 and 8 (with an occasional exception).

Nice work on getting these talkgroups posted. I am curious about where you got the info. I assume you got the master list from somebody at the county.
