I have heard this once in awhile. Anybody know what it refers to? Responding units are instructed to switch to a common channel when the call is dispatched. REsponding units seem to have Lojack type equipment on board.

I'm not sure what they were doing. There was no autorotation. They would hover at about 150' then dive at about a 45 degree angle at a very high rate of speed. Brave manuever in the dark!!

I have not heard anything on TRS, so I am guessing they are using VHF freqs. I just have not been able to locate them. They looked like they were practicing dive bombing around 0130 today. I work just north of Montgomery Field, so I see ABLE go EOS every night. Some nights they seem to conducting some type of training in the direct vicinity of the airport. Does anybody know what freqs they might be using during these training sessions?

I'll try these, but the freqs I found were all VHF and UHF conventional. Some of them had the Mast Ave. address for Santee Lakes. I'll be at the lakes either this weekend or next agian and try everything. Thanks for the info.

Santee Lakes is not part of the City of Santee. It is owned and operated by Padre Dam Water District. I have done a search of the FCC ULS and may have located the freqs. I'll know for sure the next time I go there.
