Ocotillo VFD is not dispatched by Heartland, and never has been. Heartland dispatches Ocotillo Wells VFD, but has never done so on a conventional frequency. I do not show them as having any talkgroups assigned on the RCS. I doubt they use the RCS. Maybe they use a commercial shared system (SMR)?

Fire related changes

Over the next 6 months there will be some changes in who dispatches who. CDF will take over dispatching San Diego Rural and De Luz VFD. Rancho Fire will take over dispatching North County Fire. These changes should both occur on or around July 1st. And National City Fire will be on the RCS sometime ...
