Flying around now in South Bay, DT, and Montgomery. Different livery, and a couple other bells and whistles.

Has anyone noticed that the signal strength is not as good as the old system. I can’t really lock on to any talkgroups now on my TRX-1 for the RCS. My old Pro-96 has no issues with the older system. 98-99% signal strength. Now it’s around 40-50%.

I just got my in the mail today. I’m programming it. I know it has the build in features but I like my own custom programming. Let me know if you need any help. I live in the south bay.

I have noticed SDFRD has a BR57 being dispatched. I saw it on the news recently in mid to north county at a brush fire and just recently on the dispatch page to a auto collision by Safari Park.

I emailed the City's Webmaster today so lets see if we can get the stations added.

Yes they have always been dispatched on IB or Lemon Grove, they are stationed at the IB station and any traffic accidents in unincorporated parts of the county are handled by CHP.

I noticed Station 51 is not on there yet, I will contact them to add it.

The Station is officially open as of 8am on 8/25/15.

It's in the Manual but...

Press and release the (MAN) button. The control channel and percent meter should show up.
Then press (FUNC) then (TRUNK)
Find the talkgroup in the scanner that was previously saved.
Then repeat (FUNC) (TRUNK)

See what happens...

Anyone recording it tonight? It seems to be an annual thing for all of us. I"ll be listing on SDPD and RCS countywide talkgroups.
