Viejas replaced their LTR system with a DMR system. Frequencies according to their license: 451.825, 451.975, 452.15, 452.675, 461,225, 461.45, 462.175. Would the individual agencies using encrpytion need there own staff to manage the keys or, since they are on RCS, would the radio system manager have that responsibility?

The dispatch over the air is only one of the many ways units are alerted. I have pulsepoint on my phone. This information often comes out before coming out on the radio. Messages are also sent to pager, mobile phones, MDT's. So, no delay is to getting dispatches to units is delayed. The most annoyin...
