If you look at the FAA chart L-4 Low Instrument map, you'll see a TACAN symbol right at the field on frequency 109.600, This is their navigation point direct to the airport. I know the chart says "MIRAMAR" but in all my years monitoring, this is what the pilots and Controllers are calling ...

Another frequency in use down at this fire that is being used for the Airborne Fire Coordinators (the guys in the V10 Broncos) is 132.775. They're using this for the transitions/debriefs of the command (who's doing what, who's assigned where, and status of where the particular planes/helicopters are...
