Re: Kaiser Permanente San Marcos Medical Center Hospital - DMR Capacity Plus (CAP+) Trunked System

Kaiser San Marcos opens August 9. So far, I have not found the 464.8125 frequency to be active. 461.8375 has only shown one active talkgroup, security on talkgroup 11.

Re: South Site Signal Strength

Yes! Same thing on the West site for me. I’m using a cheap Yagi and an SDS200 which gives me the best results. I had to retire my TRX-1 for the RCS.

Re: San Diego Zoo Safari Park - Motorola Linked Capacity Plus - DMR

After putting the frequencies of this system into a scan list on the Connect Systems CS750, I have found the active talkgroups to be 1 through 6, 23 and 56. I have heard reference to TG10, but have not heard it active, so there are other talkgroups I haven't heard in use yet. Of interest, both Slots...

Re: San Diego Zoo Safari Park - Motorola Linked Capacity Plus - DMR

Thank you for posting this info, Brian. It has given me a great start in monitoring this system. I have noticed that the majority of the calls are Private Calls (radio to radio). Talkgroups heard so far are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 23. Of note, another user pops up from time to time on 461.375. A check ...
