Whats a splinter system? On my scanner it can only be programmed as: EDACS, something VHF Hi, something VHF Lo, and moto type 1 and 2

What kind of tracking system is the county on? I dont remeber if its motorola type I or II
And is it all on the systems or is some on EDACS of a UHF system(s)?

depending on what kind of scanner you have you can pick up tv frequencies that will get the EAS. I have an icom that picks up some channel between 2-9 that i know get the EAS. I cant think of the frequency though. wherever you are just scan around and listen up closely because i know you can still g...
