For those that monitor RCS east, which control frequencies do you use? Site 3 has a control frequency of 868.92500, but there also are a number of other sites, like El Centro (site 30), that has its own control frequency of 865.25000.

Regarding the Spanish speakers, I also heard them on CMD5, but they weren't talking about anything fire related at the time I monitored. I think it was someone in Mexico using the frequency for other purposes.
