For the info and advice. The scanners im finding are like $500 new... dammmmm.. Im sure ill find a used one and what not.

Does anyone know what kind of scanner I need to get to be able to listen to Chula Vista frequencies.

I heard they changed not long ago and Im new to the hobby.
