I did fix it by RTXM, as it were. May seem obvious to some, but each bank needs to be set to trunking mode as well as each control frequency on this radio. Lesson learned - and, well, shared.

..and I am listening for a local fleetmap, so I am golden.

Important to program each scan bank to Motorla as well as each control frequency. <-- Double roll

NORMAL base frequency seems to works fine for the EAST Zone.
