I heard some activity on this talkgroup and I was curious if anyone knows who is using it any help would be appreciated

RCS TG 28368 sounds like SDGE is using the talkgroup at the copter crash site.
and using codes like '800' (okay)
and talking about wires that is dead

yeah I heard the conversation and I wasn't familiar with those codes they were using so I guess your right.

It seems that the SDG&E mountian empire facility uses RSC and 900
I think these are mostly the transmission guys?
