Monitoring Notes:
A trunk capable scanner is needed to listen to this system. For digital talk groups over 32000, you will need a digital capable trunk tracking scanner to monitor.
ASTREA monitors LAW AIR for need from SDSO and other agencies.  This is the place to listen.  During pursuits there are often patches to analog LAW tacs, which can be monitored by non-digital Trunk Trackers.
